Water, Not Weapons (NHK Documentary)
I highly recommend seeing this beautiful NHK documentary, about a 70 year-old, Japanese physician, who travels to Afghanistan, and builds an irrigation canal, restoring a farming community, that had long suffered the effects of severe war and drought.
